Vector Logo Design

C'est ce qu'une entreprise en/au(x) Australia recherchait pour leur vector design

I want to get a vector style logo drawn up as detailed below:

I wanted to have the style of the two hands as in the attached copied image from the internet but with the thumb, first and second fingers a little open to suggest a W. I then want another hand at the front suggesting another W, with all three hands supporting a world globe.

The reason for the W's is our company is What, Why & When Educational Placements or WWW for short.
