Cartoon Vector Illustration Design Project

I need 3 different images created for a keynote presentation I will be giving to a group of female health care executives.

The images will be used to discuss issues in the workplace that impact women so I need all the images to have a female and very feminine look and feel. The final work should not have a bubble gum, sweet 16, "girlie" feel but mature, attractive working woman.
