San Jose Ninja baskeball tournament needs a Tshirt design

We need a T-shirt design for our annual basketball tournament for the San Jose Ninja's. Our organization colors are Black & Yellow. The design should not have any red within the design. We would prefer to limit the # of colors. And will print the design onto White, Black, Yellow, Charcoal & Grey colored T-shirts & Charcoal and Black Sweatshirts.

Enclosed logo and last year's design.
I would like a design that is Different than last year.
