Hot mess T-shirt

C'est ce qu'une entreprise en/au(x) Australia recherchait pour leur t-shirt design

I want a t-shirt with a pic of a tattooed girl "pic of girl provided"
i would the t-shirt to have a "nena and pasadena" feel to it, google that brand and go from there. I would like the Words "Hot Mess" to appear on the tshirt too, the design should only be on the front.

Pretty much have fun with the design Voir plus
