T-shirt design for scuba travel group to Fiji

I am a travel planner for a scuba shop. I want a vector design to print a tshirt for 20 divers. I have a few Istock images and an idea of what I want, but need help. I want to limit to 3-4 colors. I want the front with dive shop logo & year, location. maybe tribal frame to it. The back showing a scuba scene with coral, clownfish, a manta ray, & a diver. Want to use blue t-shirt that will serve as "ocean background on the back. Tried to upload and it wouldn't take jpeg. Voir plus
