We are 4 women between the ages of 45 and 51 who have been working out together at 5:30am every morning for the last 4 years. We live in a small seaside town in Western Australia and drive 10 minutes to a semi-rural gym set up at one of the women's houses. We work up a sweat, lift heavy weights and chat about all the tough things in our lives. We are fitness and mental health in one. I would like to design a cool gym shirt as a Christmas gift for these ladies. We often say silly things to each other like "git it girl" and "we are not here to fuck spiders!!!" which is and Australian slang saying. Over the years we have also enjoyed many coffees together, a few hikes, dinners and drinks. We leave the gym with our spirits lifted due to sharing stories and hyped from activity.
