Art Nouveau Hoodie design

We are working on a new hoodie with a fancy Art Nouveau embroidery design around the neck and back and around the cuffs of the sleeves. I want the design to look as close as possible as the designs In the files. I want the design to be an Adobe illustrator file. I want the whole design to be one color silver gray. Also keep in mind this is going to be a Embroidery and sometimes with embroidery with to many details in a small space of less than half a inch the details can be lost because it becomes to clumped up.
