Need a unique design and logo for branding

We need to design a graphic like the sample attached with all the Canadian cities (Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, Banff, Canmore, Vancouver, Halifax, Victoria, St. John's, Red Deer, London, Belleville, ) spelled out correctly in no particular order and with the word "Elbows Up" in caps . It should look similar to the sample and/or better with similar colour palate. Please see attached image to get an idea of what kinda of graphic/design I am looking for. Must have a wow factor when people see it. This will need to be printed on black & white t-shirts in all sizes in high resolution. Final design should be unique, eye catching.

Also, we need a logo for brand called Flight 1867 with a silhouette of a goose resembling strength and resilience. Must be unique and simple. Voir plus
