Instrument T-Shirt - a company shirt someone wants to wear

Create a T-shirt design for a company called Anderson-Negele (Anderson Instruments) who provides instruments (temperature, level, flow, pressure) to measure processes in the dairy (Ice cream, cheese, milk) and food industries. Looking for a t-shirt that could be worn by our employees, who love classic rock (musical instruments/electric guitar), motorcycles, retro everything and who otherwise don't want to wear a stereotypical company uniform. The successful design will be one that someone would want to wear on the weekend or on a night out with friends at the bar, not just when they are working.
