Need a t-shirt design for a women's crop top tee

Ok here's what I need. The image you see is the central pic I want displayed on our female top crop For environmental and human friendly reason, this product is only made when you order it. Typically, this product will be made in about a week, we will send you tracking information as soon as it's in the mail.. The only problem is that in its present state it looks pretty bland and cheap. I would like for this photo to be better showcased, and that might include incorporating a border around it or having some creative elements around the image in the forefront, background, etc. I really don't know, other than we really need this photo on our shirts showcased better than what it presently is

Also, please incorporate our Brand name Rush & Cole into the image or, instead, our logo. You don't have to include both. One or the other will do. Voir plus
