Inspiring t-shirt design for a tight-knit, passionate team

C'est ce que TCCA recherchait dans leur t-shirt design

I lead an early childhood and family development team for an anti-poverty agency. As a team, we've discussed the qualities that we would like to be known for, individually and as a group. We are a diverse (multi-generational, multi-ethnic, multi-racial, urban, suburban, and rural) group of people who care deeply for the children and families we serve. Our theme as a team this year is "UPRISE" - which means Unified, Positive, Respectful, Infectiously Humble, Selfless, and Excellent. I would love to have a t-shirt design which captures the diverse community that we are and exist in, the work we do as an early childhood and family development (ECFD) team, and the theme/values that are the foundation of what we do.
