Hot air balloon over river t-shirt design

Use a rendering of my balloon to create a t shirt. I want colors dripping off balloon into the river below. I have a t shirt as an example from 1320 video. Cartoon style is fine, open to anything that catches attention. Please look at our Instagram page @fly_albuquerque for inspiration. We are a local balloon ride company in Albuquerque New Mexico.
