Unique Michigan Sunset shirt design

C'est ce que Elemental Simplicity recherchait dans leur t-shirt design

I would like the outline of the State of Michigan(see attached image) to be fulfilled with a sunset and have a mirrored effect as if it's reflecting on the water(See attached image).
