Cyberpunk/Circuit Style Upper Back Tattoo

I would like a tattoo design for a male for the mid/upper back which starts at roughly the half way point of the back and stops at the base of the neck and touches the shoulders on either side. The style I'm hoping for is a mix between cyberpunk and circuit, mixing some of the styles from the sample images Voir plus
