Coin Knot Hemp Rope Pattern

There is a way to create a rope pattern (see pic below). If it is done nicely in hemp rope, it looks beautiful as decoration. I would like to have such a rope pattern tattooed to my upper arm. But I need a clear drawing that can be tattooed... Below is a foto of such a rope pattern.
