Amazing Left arm full sleeve tattoo

I'm after a full sleeve design for my left arm that has an Egyptian theme with Anubis and ra as well also really want to incorporate some red stormy lightning and pretty much open to any other design inputs.
I have an old tribal tattoo on the back of my forearm from my elbow to wrist which will need covering up as well, I know that's not very specific but I hope you have amazing imagination. Also would be great if it wrapped all the way around my arm Voir plus
