Sleeve tattoo design for left arm

I'm looking for a sleeve on my left arm. I am in the medical profession and love mountain biking and diving. I'm hoping to incorporate all 3 of those things somehow. I designed a piece (uploaded) that I would like to have incorporated on the inside of the forearm. I love the outdoors and would like to have themes of camping, hiking, etc if possible as well.
