Left chest and shoulder with half sleeve tattoo

I'm looking for a tattoo design that incorporates a large Pilipino Sun over my left chest that includes interwoven images of Arise and Virgo at the top and then two Scorpios and a Taurus inside and interwoven with the sun using colors of blue, red, yellow and black. (see the concept rough image)
I would then like this design to incorporate water and waves surrounding the sun and then enveloping my shoulder down to my elbow. I tend to like Japanese-type water and design and really like colors and shades of blue, green and black in the water with whatever images you think would work well.
