Chilli Sauce - Label for Chilli Sauce bottle

I want a design for my chilli sauce label. I have included an example from an existing product. The key features of a successful design are as follows:
1. It shows the supplier: Sleepy Hollow Condiments or Sleepy Hollow if a shorter label fits better.
2. We need to have space for the ingredients. We will add these after.
3. Simple is good, refer attached. It doesn't need to be a design/logo, but a great design would be wonderful.
4. Some ideas. Sleepy Hollow at the top of the label. Chilli Sauce in the middle of the label. Made with local ingredients (optional). Contains chilli - believe it or not (optional or similar wording) Voir plus
