lost a tooth sticker

I am looking for two sticker designs, both too be the same character, a big tooth. The first one I would like something behind the tooth say to people look I lost my first tooth and I would also like those words(I lost my first tooth) worked in on the design. The second one I want the same character but maybe just saying lost another one or nothing just showing a lost tooth. Voir plus
