Stationary package for Health Care company

COMPANY NAME: Spiriplex.
We have a company logo. We need to create a stationary package for a new health care company. The package needs to be unique, high tech, innovative (perhaps a folded business card, or something with a die-cut). It needs to be memorable.

The company makes in-home allergy test kits - customer takes an allergy test at home (with special medical device found in the kit) then, they send in their blood samples, and the company sends back a detailed report of what they are/are not allergic to.
