Description of Event:

Giro D'Italia - translates to Tour of Italy so the event theme could be regional
Puzzle mosaic of photos on the front showing the different experiences to be expected at the event would be great as puzzle is the symbol used for autism.

Basically, inside each station will have a theme and set up for a region in Italy. It will either be food, cheese, meats, wine, etc. Each station will be sponsored by a food company or chef or some sort of thing.
