We need a Presentation Folder for a new home construction company based in Perth, Australia. It's called B1 Homes and specialises in building quality homes that are affordable and people want to live in. The target market is first-home buyers.

We've rebranded the website (www.b1homes.com.au) and are looking to update our presentation folder to match it. We want red, white, grey and black as the colour palette, and some designs with transparent photos included but overall a minimalistic approach that aligns with our new website and vehicles.
