B2B Consulting firm needs a re-fresh of its process diagrams

We are a commercial real estate consulting firm. Think: I wonder who Mitsubishi uses when they have to build a new plant and sell the old one? That's us! We have created diagrams that we use to demonstrate to our clients the process of the project that they are about to go through. That is our "frontstage" diagram. We also have a "backstage" diagram that we use to train employees and to ensure that we do not make a stupid mistake!
