PowerPoint Design Process Flow for Rare Disease Patient Registries

I have attached a powerpoint presentation I need professional design on. This describes our CONNECT program and the current process and screenshots are include in the attached file. We would like to keep the process, flow, screenshots and images but need it designed to be more visually appealing while stepping through the process.

Looking for a visual queue that let's the user know what step in the process we are on as we then describe the details of that step. We want to reinforce the 5 steps in the process and keep that on each slide. Suggestions on the initial page where we introduce the process before going into the details.
