Deutsche Post DHL wants to appeal to the employees in its Finance Shared Service Centers across the world for participating the Good Practice Sharing contest. If employees are using a process, tools, way of communications or KPIs which can make daily life and work easier, they should share it.

Good Practice Sharing is the global project to share Good Practices/ideas and benefits out of this from all regions. Based on the inputs the global Sharepoint platform will be filled with Good Practices so that all locations/regions/Service Centers/CACs have the opportunity to benefit from other Good Practices. The employees should think about any helpful tools or optimized processes that they are working with and which could be interesting for others as well.
