Gentle Kundalini Yoga with Gong Relaxation

I teach a gentle Kundalini Yoga class with Gong relaxation every Thursday morning from 8:30-10am at the Newton Highlands Congregational Church 54 Lincoln Street Newton Highlands. This class is unique in that I play the gong for an extended relaxation. Gongs are generally only found in established Yoga centers not in a small neighborhood yoga class. I am trying to grow this class from a current class size of 5 students. I would like to double the class size. Voir plus
