We need a high-end professionally designed 2 sided color postcard to send out to our targeted mailing lists featuring a new Oceanfront townhome listing in the Bethany Beach area on one side of the postcard and the other side to feature Kim Hook's Realtor branding and contact information (Kim Hook is a Realtor and Associate Broker for Remax By The Sea in the resort town of Bethany Beach, Delaware)Postcard side 1 details: I am attaching a screenshot photo of a Microsoft Publisher document (named just listed card) that shows the information that we would like to be on the side of the postcard that features the new listing (property address: 95G Campbell Place Unit 2, Ocean Eight, Bethany Beach).
