Infant cereal package re-design

We are looking to re-design packaging of infant cereal of 2 flavors. Below are our requirements:
1. "ProfiMeal" should continue having the same design but we are open to change colors according to package branding.
2. Overall package design should not be crowded and clean as much as possible - Modern
3. Reduce the use of logos and images to minimum possible
Look and feel should be close to the leading product in the market (Cerelec from Nestle) - sample is attached
4. Two flavor design are required: Wheat and rice
5. We are looking for 2 package sizes for each flavor: metal tin of 400 gm and paper box of 400 gm
6. Package dimensions should be exactly as per the current design - current Illustrator files are attached
7. No restriction of colors (process or spot) to be used - could consider special colors like Platinum, Silver or Gold for backgrounds (either whole label or specific parts)
