I deleted the tear sheet example which was provided for design purposes only and not for content. Please see the simple outline for the newsletter and the related sections.

Please be clear this project is for a newsletter template. This means a template that can be updated on a monthly or quarterly basis with new content for our audience. Sections should include: Operations Update, Financial Update, Energy Investor News.

We need a template for a newsletter that can be sent out in Word format and also able to send out via Mailchimp. Audience are current investors in our oil and gas fund. These investors are high net worth individuals and private equity firms so the branding needs to be high end, sophisticated and corporate.
