Menu Needed for Chicken Wing Concept

We are looking for a print menu for a local wing restaurant called Wang Shack. This restaurant serves chicken wings and tenders, soft drinks, boozy drinks, dips and fries. The company colors are red and black with slate grey and should be incorporated into the design. I have included renders to show you what the restaurant looks like, source files for the logo (we prefer the "Wang Shack" logo over the "Wang Shack Chicken Wings" logo), and a menu in text format. Please let me know if you need any further direction. We prefer trifold menu, standard paper size 8.5 x 11". The client has just given us an example of what they like. You can see the images here:
