Locals Raw-new seafood raw bar restaurant menu

We are a Local Seafood & Raw Bar restaurant that is looking to open in 3 months. I need-Dinner Menu Design, Happy Hour Menu, Cocktail Menu, Brunch Menu, Lunch Menu. I'd like to have you start w/ the dinner menu first then whomever I choose will also do the rest of my menus. The RAWBAR by Slapfish menu is the direction im going for as far as font organization.
