Menu Design Project

We have a tired hotel Bistro that we want to relaunch as a cafe by day and steakhouse type eatery at night.
Menu will have Brunch type options for up to 3PM then steakhouse menu from 3PM. Obviously coffee menu and drinks menu needed too. Our new venue will be bright ,cheerful and friendly. I want the place and menu to have the look and feel of a quality "chain" as our country townfolk are quick to adopt businesses that they think are already big in the cities.
The menu needs to tell a story to the diner about the venue. ie we own our own butchers shop and grocers. we need some interesting facts and funny bits and cheerful and funny graphics. The eatery will be welcoming towards all agegroups etc. Voir plus
