New magazine dedicated to Sustainable Construction in Latin America (in Spanish) needs logo, cover a

C'est ce que Green Exchange Panama recherchait dans leur magazine design

Our new project is a 40 pages, 8 3/8” x 10 7/8” standard Magazine, dedicated to Sustainable Construction in Latin America and it's called "ECOnstrucción". We need to design the cover, general look and layout of the magazine. It has to be modern,minimalistic, and has to communicate the idea of high quality CONSTRUCTION that is also "green" or "sustainable" (energy efficiency, renewable energy, water savings, construction materials, air quality, recycling, etc....). Would like to use sans serif fonts, black/white and impacting green and blue colors and stay away from cute leaf designs to suggest "green".....need an alternative, please be creative !!!
