Digital Marketing Startup Company Requires Logo Design

I need a logo design that represents myself and my business, I intend to teach people how to succeed in marketing their business online, the tools, techniques and systems that a modern day business needs to be profitable on the internet.

The branding will be around myself as a coach, coaching people how to succeed and make money online so I am branding myself and my skills.

The logo needs to be modern, edgy, contemporary and professional. Nothing too complicated, simple, clear and recognisable. I would like my initials used as the logo with my name to the side or underneath alongside the tag line, however the tag line is not essential if it over complicates the design.

Colour wise I am open to ideas but nothing too lairy! Understated and sophisticated is the key.
