Lifestyle Blog with an exact idea of its blog header needs a web designer to implent the sketch

I started my own lifestyle blog this year. I write there about everything I personally like in my life: travel, beauty, cooking, books, movies, you name it. I am 34 years old and the readers I am addressing are between 25 and 45 years old, mostly European (I am based in Switzerland) and academics.
It is only a hobby of mine, so nothing commercial. Therefore, I cannot spend too much money on the header, but I still want it to look pretty and cool so that my readers feel appealed. The header should plaster a smile at their face.
I have an exact idea of how the header should look. I have a yellow Fiat 500 and I'm quite famous for it because it is such a distinctive little car.
