Global Business Services Holding needs a logo design.

We need a logo for a recently created holding that groups two other companies belonging to the outsourcing industry (Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO). The holding is based in Colombia (South America) and its name is Integradora de Servicios Tercerizados (IST) (translation: outsourced services integrator).
The holding belongs to another holding which accounts for around 7% of Colombia´s GDP and is concentrated in financial services (Bank, insurance, asset management). It is over 65 years old.

Recently they renovated all their logos see atatchments (operational companies and Main Holding).

As of now the holding IST does not play a leading roll (no media exposure, advertising, etc.) We need the logo basically for shareholder information.

We prefer a tipographical logo (IST) maybe with a graphic icon or symbol. Voir plus
