Logo Design for business card and website, etc.

C'est ce que gemFORCE recherchait dans leur logo design

I am starting a business which focuses on 'commercial operations consulting for the life sciences'. My initials are GEM hence the use of that in the name. Much of what I consult on has to do with sales forces in pharmaceuticals, medical device and biologic companies. My initial thought was to have some sort of abstract 'gemstone' shape with implied action or motion as I'm a high energy person who reliably delivers.
