Logo for a building and maintenance company mainly corporate based in and around London

C'est ce que Capital Maintenance (open to ideas??) recherchait dans leur logo design

Need a cool logo to brand the company possibly for vans etc in the future but for now on quotations and invoices etc would like maybe the London skyline in the background maybe?
