New Real Estate Company Needs a Logo

C'est ce que Premium Quality Homes recherchait dans leur logo design

My newly formed company, "Premium Quality Homes" is a real estate resale company located on the east coast of the U.S. My business model is to purchase existing homes and rehabilitate them with high-end materials.

The logo should portray a feeling of: wealth, sophistication, and elegance.

HINT: If you went shopping and had to choose the most EXPENSIVE looking product on the shelf based on the design of the packaging alone, which product would you choose and why? Make my logo look like the design of that product.

Besides being used on a website, letterhead, and business cards, the logo will predominantly be displayed on real estate lawn signs that MUST be visible and easily identifiable by passing motorists.
