We are 2 new companies starting a joint venture company.
We come from 2 different backgrounds.

1 Company is based in China, 1 Company based in Japan.
The Japanese company has a history of almost 40 years serving the industry, where as the Chinese company is 15 years old.

We are both in the marine engineering industry, providing support services to the commerical shipping industry.

The Japanese company will provide new technology and skills, where as
