Logo for high end townhouse condo development in St.David's Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON, CAN

C'est ce que Collection Fifteen recherchait dans leur logo design

Looking for a logo for a upscale, townhouse condo development in the beautiful St.David's, Niagara-on-the-Lake. There are 15 units and the project is named "Collection Fifteen". I am not opposed to using numeric `15 vs. Fifteen, but my fear is that it will look like an address.
I have attached the lot plan, floor plan and elevations for this project. I would like a logo that is clean, modern but has a timeless feel as Niagara on the Lake demands a historic feel. The architecture for this project is traditional with some very modern elements- copper roof features, stone etc. We are not known well in this area, and not sure if there is a way to nod to the brand of our company too.
