CrossFit VMT Logo

C'est ce que Pursing Excellence recherchait dans leur logo design

I'm looking for a logo for my CrossFit affiliate, CrossFit VMT. I have a design. I wanted the "VMT" combined as shown in my sketch (see first attachment). In terms of the coloring, I would like red and white stripes, similar to the US Navy Jack flag (see second attachment). The shadowing of the letters I would like to be navy blue. The snake wrapping around the "T," I would like to be similar to that of Annapolis' logo on their helmets. See 3rd attached. (Disregard the snake under the bottom of my sketch). Below the logo letters, I would like our motto, Pursing Excellence. Deviations from this are welcome as well - would just like something similar keeping that Navy Jack color theme to it.
