Logo required for web based business that helps people get fit at home

Require a logo for a new website that will help people get fit in the convenience of their own home by streaming workout videos (mainly simple bodyweight exercises). The logo should include black and red tones (potentially grey or gunmetal) and should follow the general font style seen in google search for 'crossfit logo'. Icon should represent the combination of fitness and internet technology (wifi/online/video-streaming). FYI - The netWOD text: 'net' is essentially relating to internet or network and 'WOD' is an acronym for 'Workout of the Day' which is a crossfit term.
