CONTEXT/BACKGROUND
Kiwi Bach and Holiday Homes (KBHH) has been in business now for over 11 years and is due for a facelift. We have about 40 - 60 houses available during the peak summer period - about 50% are permanent holiday homes, the balance are local family homes being rented out while they are away on holiday.
