The Hatch is a casual restaurant and full bar. The food is American comfort food taken up a notch, with the star of the menu being a unique chocolate fried chicken recipe. We want the logo to be simple, clean and scalable. It should reflect medium-priced quality food (centered around fried chicken) in a fun environment where people enjoy meeting and dining.
