iPhone cases brand needs an awesome logo design

C'est ce que Maple Tree recherchait dans leur logo design

We need a logo design for a new company which designs and sells iPhone cases. Our goal is simplicity combined with a passion for details.

The name of the company is "Maple Tree", and we need a logo which reflects the characteristics of that name (i.e. a tree, even though not necessarily a maple tree). The name should also be included in the logo, but in a way that the two parts (name and tree) could easily be taken apart if needed.

We'd like a simple, sleek logo: easily rememberable, nothing complicated.

We'd like the design to use a color which resembles vaguely brownish recycled paper, since we're also close to environment matters. This is not a compulsory requirement: another color (or combination of colors) can be used, if reckoned to be better.
