New logo for existing website

C'est ce que Denver Therapists Network (TO THE RIGHT OF THE LOGO) recherchait dans leur logo design

Currently we have a very ugly logo for the following website: http://denvertherapistsnetwork.com/

We are looking to update it, although we like the idea of shaking hands and are definitely interested in seeing options that include that, although we are also open to other creative options.

There are essentially two parts of this logo. There is the logo like the one on the website with hands shaking, and then the name next to it. We want the same format as we are going to most likely use the same logo on the left, but edit the name on the right for sites in other cities.

We do not want the subtitle as part of that, just "Denver Therapists Network" next to the new logo. So creativity with this text is welcome and would be great, as long as it wouldn't be overly challenging to pay someone to update with a new city name.
