People consultancy - Logo Design Project

C'est ce que mindsight (people performance as a tagline) recherchait dans leur logo design

I'm transforming my business by changing it's name and visual identity. First step is a new logo. The name of the company is "mindsight" (be free to use capital letters or not), and the tagline is "people performance".

What we do is personality and profile mapping, human resources processes design (like selection process or performance appraisals) and motivation and change consulting (clients are having problems with their people and want to change the way they behave at work).

I'm looking for something that is elegant but not conservative (I'm young (28) as are my employees, and besides being consultants we don't like suits nor ties). Our main positioning is a scientific approach (we cannot rely too much on experience), with innovation. Our main feedback from clients is that we really know what we're talking about and that we bring new tech to the field. So the logo should reflect that as best as possible.
