New wave coffeehouse

C'est ce que Sip (Mont Kafé is the tag line) recherchait dans leur logo design

I need a logo for a start-up cozy coffeehouse in the French Alps. The concept is to create an international lounge with quality drinks and snacks in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The target audience is affluent and trendy from about 30-50 years old. Apart from very high quality espressos and teas, we plan to have a juice bar with healthy snack options and an après ski wine bar as well. The name of the cafe is Sip and Mont Kafé is the tag line. Sip is to convey the enjoyment of a freshly prepared drink. The logo could have mountain references and /or cup references, even using a single coffee bean somewhere in the logo could be nice.
